1. Please prepare your manuscript according to the submission template.
2. Remove any author information from the submitted paper as blind refereeing is applied. Please make sure that there is nothing in the paper that reveals your identity or your affiliate.
3. Convert your paper to PDF. Only PDF files are considered.
4. Use the link http://www.iceec.org/confmgmt/author/submit.php to fill your information and upload you paper. No email attachments are considered unless the paper is more than 2 MB.
5. For any modifications or updates please follow the link http://www.iceec.org/confmgmt/openconf.php and use your paper ID and the password you have chosen upon submission.
